The Content Variation of Four Active Components in Amygdalus persica L. during Different Harvesting Periods

چکیده

In this study, a quantitative method for the content determination of rutin, 5-O-coumaroylquinic acid methyl ester, chlorogenic butyl and kaempferol in Amygdalus persica L. flowers during different harvest periods was established to investigate its various rules determine optimal harvesting period. The performed on XTERRA MS C18 column with mobile phase consisting 0.1% formic aqueous solution acetonitrile (gradient elution) at flow rate 1.0 mL/min. combination other validation data, including precision, stability, recovery tests, demonstrated good reliability sensitivity. results showed that contents A. were quite different, samples early blooming stage highest. is simple, accurate, rapid determining four active ingredients flowers.
